A young man walked into a baker’s shop and asked for two dozen loaves. The shopkeeper looked surprised. I “ Have you a tea party on?” he inquired. “No,” said the man, “I am working at the menagerie, and the .kangaroo has kicked tho elephant, so I want to make a bread poultice.”
