The Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution urging that the Government should insist on the Soviet’s recognition of British debts, or terminate the An-glo-Russian trade agreement, because delay in such recognition could only be interpreted as acquiescence in the spoliation of British subjects.—Sydney —Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
