A MILLIONAIRE'S WIFE. HUSBAND’S SUIT FAILS. NEW YORK, December 5. Alice Jones Rhinelander, tho octoroon wife of tho scion of that famous family, remains his wife by the jury’s decision, despite Leonard Kip Rhinelander’s suit to secure tho annulment of the marriage. The appeal to tho court by tho rich family resulted in complete failure. The jury found that the youthful millionaire married the girl with a full knowledge that she was a partlycolored woman. Tho girl’s lawyers, it is stated, will now sue the husband for anything up to £IOO,OOO, and also endeavor to obtain similar sums from her father-in-law for tho alienation of Leonard’s affections.
