During the hours between noon and 1.30 p.m., “one way” only, going north, should he allowed on Princes street from Mamsc street to the Octagon for ja.ll motor vehicles, and between 4.1*0 and G.fiO p.m. all _ motor traffic should bo entirely prohibited in the same area, it seems an unwritten law that motor car owners must have always to keep to tho places where trailifc iis most congested, but they should bear in mind that the streets these days are mostly filled with visitors, and the envy they wish to create is “ lost upon the desert air.” After our Exhibition doses and we have dropped into our regular ways again, motor owners can have their revenge on those who walk from choice or otherwise..—l ara etc., December 17.
