(Received October 3, at 11.25 a.m.) General Sir lan Hamilton, speaking at Hull, in dealing with his recent visit to Gallipoli, said that the obliterating hand of time had been busy at Anzac. He had the greatest difficulty in finding General Birdwood’s dugout, where bemused to shelter. Ha had seen beautiful cemeteries in Australia and New Zealand, but be could assure the relatives of tho fallen that the cemeteries hi the Anzac sector were lovelier and Snore glorious.—Reuter.
