The Otago Farmers’ Co-oponitivo Association of Now Zealand, Ltd., has received the following cable from London The butter market continues firm, with an upward tendency. Best quality Now Zealand, 228 s to 2305. Choose very firm. Lambs; The demand is slow, causing temporary easiness. Mutton and beef firm. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., has received the following cablegram from its London house, under date the 30th nit;—“Now Zealand butter advanced to £ll Cs to £ll 10s. Cheese nominally £5 14s to £5 165.” the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., has received the following cablegram from its London house, under date 30th ult. Tallow: Wo quote present spot values for the following descriptions:—Fine mutton, 49s Od per cwt; good beef, 40s; mixed, 465. Market inactive.
