ATTITUDE TO WORLD COURT RESENTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, September 17. (Received September 19, at 1 a.m.) Hr Willis, representing the United States at the Harding memorial unveiling, attacked Senator Borah (chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee) in regard to the possibility of Senator Borah riding over the opinions of other senators on the committee in recommending to Congress the entrance of the United States to the World Court. Mr Willis _ added: “If Senator ' Borah thinks that ho is a bio to rido roughshod over the sentiments of the English-speaking people everywhere, particularly in Canada and the United States when he starts it in the Senate he will find that ho is going to have a. pretty lively contest on his hands.” Mr Willis is a member of the committee.—A. and N.Z.
