WHEAT, FLOUR, ETC. LONDON, September 10. Wheat cargoes are dull and nominally unchanged, but business is difficult, except at lower rates. Parcels are quiet, and are 3d lower. Liverpool futures: October 10s lOjd, December 10s sd. The spot trade is quiet and prices maintained. Australian (ox ship), 62s (id. Flour is quiet. Australian (ex store), 44s 3d. Oats, beaus, and peas are quiet and unchanged. Sugar: Granulated, 30s IOJd. In Bradford tops there is very little business offering, and quotations are unchanged.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
