A PLOT THAT FAILED. CALCUTTA, July 31. Something in the nature of a revolution is believed to have occurred in Tibet., A plot by some military officers against the'headquarters of Lamaisra failed, with disastrous results to the officers. The religious authorities are now believed to be bent on the destruction of .military ymwer.
