“BIG BROTHER"
MOVEMENT COMMENDED. Tress Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 18. The ‘Daily Mail’ in an editorial warmly commends the “ Big Brother ” movement and trusts that it will spread to all the dominions and have a worldwide influence for good. The movement was successfully launched at a luncheon in the City Chamber at Glasgow. Tho Lord Provost presided over a representative gathering.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
