Telegrams from Fez state that the .Rills, after a period of reorganisation, are now resuming the otlcnsive. reappearing on various “sectors of the front. Apparently a march to Fez is the enemy’s objective. Wezzau is threatened, and the enemy are consolidating their positions eastward of Fez and north of the Wcrgha, but fighting is not yet reported. The besieged garrison at the Rouaissa post was supplied with.water by aeroplane.— Renter.
REFUGEES IN TANGIER. ZONK

In the House of Lords Lord Halfour staled that about 6.000 refugees, including 2.000 men, liacl entered the Tangier international zone. Rrilaiu was uiiahle to relieve the misfortunes of the people, for whom site was not responsible.—Sydney ‘Sun’ Cable.
