HOOKEY
AUSTRALIA AGAIN BEATEN. In fine weather and on a ground a trifle heavy Nelson defeated the Australians by 3 goals to 1. The local team generally showed superiority in all departments, all their goals being obtained in the first spell by Loo. Craig scored for Australia. The visitors hairline was weak, and the forwards failed to get going until the dosing stages.
