FRONTIER TROUBLE COMMISSION TO BE SET UP. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WARSAW, July 21. (Received July 22, at 11.25 a.m.) M. Tchitcherin has notified tho Polish Minister at Moscow that the Soviet has agreed to the Polish proposal that a. mixed Commission shall investigate tho recent incidents on the RussoPolish frontier.
Five Soviet delegates to the Commission have already boon appointed.— Router.
[The Polish Government presented a Note, to the Soviet Minister strongly protesting against tho kidnapping of a Polish lieutenant, demanding that ho immediately ho conveyed to the frontier, and the establishment of a commission of inquiry into tho case. The Foreign Ministry also verbally protested against the alleged murder on the Polisli frontier of a corporal by the Russians on Juno 18, suggesting a joint commission of inquiry and demanding an indemnity for tho victim’s family.]
