(Received Juno 29, at 12.20 p.m.) Three hundred British Fascist!, displaying the Union Jack, marched to a. Socialist meeting in-Hyde Park this afternoon and drowned the speakers’ voices by singing the National Anthem and ‘Land of Hope and Glory,’ 'i hey paid no heed to the Socialists’ requests to desist', whereupon the Socialists rushed, and tore down the Union Jack. A crowd of 2,000 assembled, and encouraged the combatants. A score of police were unable to stop the lighting, which continued till the mounted police arrived.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
