DRAMATIC SUICIDE
NAVAL OFFICER’S END. “I AM GOING MAD.” LONDON. June 15. Lieutenant Richard Lucy' navigating officer of the naval survey ship Flinders, which recently was presented to the Royal Australian Navy, stood on deck to-day while off watch, and shouted : “I am going mad!” lie then shot himself in the head with a revolver. The officer’s body fell into the sea, and has not been recovered.
