Tho stormy weather is interfering with telegraphic communications, and messages are subject to a heavy delay. The rain in the Western Districts is the heaviest for some time. It is causing concern, as it is interfering with agricultural and shearing operations. FLOODS FEARED IN QUEENSLAND. BRISBANE, November 6. The' wheat-growers are complaining of the excessive rainfall. Rust is evident among the crops in most districts, and the untimely rain has aggravated the position. If it continues the prospect of a record harvest will be affected. All the creeks and rivers are rising fast, and floods are expected. GRAZIERS PLEASED. SYDNEY, November 7. (Received November 7, at 11.40 a.m.) As a result of tho torrential rains several washouts occurred on tho country railways. Although the wheat fanners are anxious concerning the'crops, the rains are greatly benefiting the graziers. They are heralded as being of immense value to the pastures, holding out prospects for a flourishing season.
