MISHAP TO SUBMARINE

(Received November 7, at 1.20 a.m.) Submarine K 22, when going out for mameuvres, struck the Portland breakwater, and her nose became embedded in the rocks. The submarine remained aground for ten hours, when a cruiser towed her off.—Sydney ‘Sun’ Cable.
