LOS ANGELES, August 15. Tho gun that killed Mrs Moers, for whose death Kid M'Coy is being held, was found within 2ft of her head. The surgeon who conducted the autopsy declares that this fact tends to support M'Coy’s story that the woman committed suicide.— Reuter.
