In view of recent events the police are conducting a campaign to ensure, peace on January 26, the day of the Imperial wedding. All the known Radicals in Japan, particularly the are being rounded up and interned, and the leaders of the workers’ groups are being placed under strict surveillance. It is reported that if an adverse vote is recorded against the Kiyoura Government when it meets Parliament on January 20 it will ask for a dissolution, and appeal to the country. —Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
