Later messages confirm the Italo-Jugo-°l.av settlement of Fiumo in terms of which Italy annexes Einme, but Jugoslavia is given the use of the port for half a century. Jugo-Slnvia also obtains the smaller ports of Burros, Delta, and Ranchino. The agreement will ho followed by an Ttalo-Jugo-Slavia treaty alliance.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
