DEPUTATION TO PRINCE OF WALES Press Association —By Telegraph— Copyright OTTAWA, October 4. When be was about to leave Winnipeg for Ottawa, the Prince of Wales received a delegation from unemployed British harvesters who remained at Manitoba following the harvest. They'told the Prince that they could not live on the low wages paid on the farms during the winter, and they preferred to return to Britain. The Prince promised to consult the GovernorGeneral, and also the railway officials, with a view to providing remunerative employment. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
