[Per United Press Association.] MASTERTON, July 25. Thomas Richard Southall, formerly an officer for tho Repatriation Department hero, was charged with tho theft of £483 7s 6d from tho Government, and was also brought up on two charges of forgery. Ho pleaded guilty, and was committed to Wellington for sentence.
