CONSTANTINOPLE, July 22.
The Angora Minister of Religious Affairs has published, a decree, permitting the faithful to wear gold teeth. The Mohammedan faith forbids the carrying of any luxurious ornaments except a silver ring, the value of which must not exceed the price of a winding-sheet. The prices of the two articles were practically identical in Mahomet's time.—A. and K.Z. Cable.
