The City Eire Brigade was called out at about 5.30 p.m. yesterday to deal with an outbreak in a Chinese laundry in Hope street, occupied by Cluing Lee. ' The fire, which resulted from some coke being left burning, was extinguished before much damage had been done. The South Dunedin section of the brigade dea.lt with a chimney fire at tho St. Vincent de Paul Orphanage at about 8 o’clock.
