At the Y.W.O.A. directors’ meeting this week it was decided to hold the sale of work on August 15, instead of next Thursday, as originally planned. The prevalence of influenza in the city pointed to the wisdom of postponement. The proceeds of this sale are to be devoted to the general fund of the association, so thq,t the financial year may close with a clear balancesheet.
