LAST NIGHT OF SUNSHINE PLAYERS.

Much collective talent, in every respect quite comparable with, if not superior to, what has preceded it over a fairly lengthy period, is [appearing at tho Princess Theatre for this week. Tho programme catalogues a most imposing vaudeville roster as well as a fine revue entertainment. After this evening only tv.o more opportunities (including tomorrow afternoon, when there will bo a maunoe) will bo available for those who wish in witness ‘King of Dunnowherski.’ On the vaudeville side are Lauri and Rayno, Otesco, Bill Bovis, and tho Fredo Boys, respectively dancers, violinist, comedian, and tumbling violinists.

Tlia entertainment promised at the Princess Theatre on Monday next will touch a rare level of excellence, the programme indicating the arrival of a complete new revue company, abetted by the addition of no fewer than four now vaudeville acts, amongst which is Colleano, who is accredited as the most marvellous and sensational “stunt” performer on the wire who has over been imported to the Antipodes. Hut tho revue, of course, is the staple of the shown and, as the personnel of tho company is entirely now here, some little introduction is apropos. _ _ Mr Wallace, though paying his first visit to New Zealand, is a fast favorite in Australia. He is only twenty-seven years of age, and the youngest chief comedian and producer in Australia. Ho is described as a hurricane laugh sower, with a Chaplin-like agility of wit and pantomimic comedy, lie, not only produces the pieces and is the leading “exponent, but also is responsible for all tho songs and sketches done by him in the first revuo—which, by tho wav, is an iiUra-modem jazzy farce entitled ‘Tho Danco Delirium.’ It is pitched lo tho key of broad farce and embellished with a whole host of songs, dances, and specialties involving the full co-operation o'f principals and tho attractive ballet imported, with live show. The leading principals, with whom Dunedin patrons will make first acquaintance, arc Messrs Reg. Collins, "Marshall Crosby, Jack White, a.nd Tom Lincoln, and Misses Nellie Hall, Baho Scott, and Hilda Gilford.
