To produce the desired result financially, during the fortnight just commenced, subcommittees have been set up to fully deal with all matters. Hanna, is arranging not only the instrumental and vical items necessary, but has secured the Artillery Band for items on the street on Friday "night, and has arranged for the ladies’ gymnastic display which will be featured on Saturday. The Bag Day Sub-committee, with Mr J. Gray in charge, assisted by Mr W. Brown, K. Adair, and others, is having a busy time wrapping for the 28th inst. Mr Cowie assisted by Mr A. Fraser and others, has the sides hows in hand, in connection with the ladies’ sale. Monday and Tuesday’s circus will have no need of snecial advertising.
