(Received December 29, at 10.55 a.m.) Feuds between,' rival gangs of young men. in North. Melbourne threaten a recurrence of the vendetta which three years ago kept Fitzroy an a state of consternation. The men are armed with auto-matic-pistols. During the past few days skirmishes between tho gangs resulted in /our men being wounded, two seriously. Tho victims refuse to give any information to the police, who are being specially reinforced to suppress the outbreaks.
