JUVENILE FORESTERS' ANNIVERSARY

The eighteenth anniversary of the Juvenile Foresters’ Court at Port Chalmers was celebrated in tho Town Hall on Thursday. Notwithstanding the inclement weather, there was a goodly muster of juveniles and their parents, including visiting members from Dunedin and Ravensbourne Courts. The presentation of P.C.H. certificates to Bros. Teller and N. O’Brain, and also a handsome volume to Bro. W. Hill in recognition of good work done during the past year, was made by the Rev. Tl. S. Bishop. A very attractive programme was provided by a concert party from Dunedin under the direction of the * district secretary, Bro. J. K. Macfie, an enjoyable evening being brought to a close with a substantial supper.
