[Pin United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, December 2. Tho Governor-General despatched the following message to Queen Alexandra on tho occasion of Her Majesty s birthday; “ The Government and people of this dominion, with whom X associate myself, respectfully tender to your Majesty congratuations and good wishes on the occasion of your Majesty's birthday.” . His Excellency received the following reply:—“l sincerely thank you. and through you the Government and the people of the dominion, for their kind birthday congratulations, which I deeply appreciate.”
