(Received November 28, at 11.25 a.m.) Advices from Barcelona slat© that a Customs vessel ran into and capsized a small passenger steamboat, which was serving tho seaside suburbs of Barcelona, hurling into the water the eighty persons who were on board. Ten bodies have been, recovered. It is feared that there are other victims. Seventeen of the survivors were injured. —Reuter.
