A London cable the death, as the result of a bunting accident, of Lord Ludlow. The lata Lord Ludlow was bom in 1865. Ho served in the (.treat War. Mies Watson, matron of the cottage hospital at Port Chalmers, has forwarded her resignation 'to the Hospital Board. Dr Eva Day is resigning her position as a house surgeon at the Dunedin Hospital a.i from December 12.
