RISING AGAINST REDS.

Russian papers say that the rebellion against Soviet rule in Georgia is spreading rapidly. The rebels have overcome the Bed troops, and have reached to within sixty kilometres of Tiflis. Reinforcements are being despatched from Moscow.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
