GERMAN PROPOSALS.
BERLIN, August 25. (Received August 26, at 11 a.m.) It is reported that Sir John Bradbury s delegation and Hors Hermes failed to come to an agreement. Cabinet thereupon evolved a proposal to establish a reserve fund of foreign currencies to be placed at the disposal of the Reparations Commission if Germany falls behind with supplies of coal and timber. It is understood tnat the delegation refused this; but negotiations are being continued. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
