RETURNED SOLDIERS’ CHOIR

’ The R.S A. Choir will again appear before the public on Monday, September 4, when the second concert of the season will be given in His Majesty’s Theatre. The programme of part songs to be rendered by the choir again includes two or three new to a Dunedin audience. The “piece do resistance” is Pointer’s ‘Harold Harfajer,’ with the popular baritone, Mr A. G. Cooke, as soloist. Assisting artists are Mrs Cooper, a soprano with a wellmerited reputation, Mr J. A. Wallace (violinist), and several members of the choir.
