COUNTY CRICKET, Playing against Hampshire at Bradford, Yorkshire, after losing four wickets for 51 runs, collapsed sensationally, all being out for 56. Kennedy took seven wickots for 23 runs. Hampshire made 115, and at the call of time Yorkshire had lost six wickets for 81 runs in their second strike. BOXING. FRENCH WELTER-WEIGHT CHAMPION. A Paris cable reads: Francois Charles, the French welter-weight champion, having exceeded the weight, has resigned the title in accordance with the French rules, and has designated Haul Brevicrres as his successor.
