STRANDED RAILWAY PASSENGERS.
NEW YORK, August 13, (Received August 14, at 10 a.m.) Passengers by some trains were held! up in the desert. Some became so ill from the terrible heat that the .train crows in several instances relented and brought the trains into the cooler coastal regions.— Router.
