BODY IX HARBOR. The body of an elderly man, supposed to be that of Thomas Judd, aged 1 sistv-oight years, who has been missing from H?etone for some weeks, was found in Wellington Harbor about 4 p.m. yesterday. BABY SMOTHERED BY GAT, A four-months-old male child of Mr A. A, Fookes was suffocated at Ashburton yesterday afternoon by a cat lying across its face when lying asleep in a perambulator. Andrew James Drearer, forty-eight years of age, a farmer near Palmas ton. was admitted to the hospital late last night suffering from a compound fracture of the thigh, sustained through falling from a tree while engaged trimming the branches.
