SHEARERS' AWARD CONFIRMED.

Mr Justice Powers delivered judgment in tho Arbitration Court confirming his previous Award that shearers’ rates_ shall bo 35s per 100. Tho union previously complained that Mr Justice Powers, through faulty calculation, had made an unfair award, and the case was reopened for the purpose of hearing tiro union’s complaint, which was not substantiated.
