The Judicial Committee dismissed tho appeal by tho Carpenters and Joiners’ Union from the decision of the Appeal Court. —A. and N.Z. Cable. [The Appeal Court granted injunctions to two trade unionists restraining their unions from expelling them because of their participation iu Lever Brothers’ cooperative scheme. Mr Justice Younger said the importance of the case could not be exaggerated. Unjustifiable expulsion was little less than a sentence of industrial death.]
