(Received July 15, at 11.35 a.m.) The schooner Abemama, bound from tho Clarence River to tho Bluff, arrival at Sydney. The crew assert that the .vessel was leaking badly, and claim that the decision to make for Sydney followed on a deputation by them to the master. The manager of Patrick and Co. (the owners of the Abemama) states that the vessel put into Sydney because her sails were lost In a “ blow.” He said that the vessel was leaking a little, but eho is . not seriously damaged. GOVERNMENT PRINTER REINSTATED. BRISBANE, July 14. ■ (Received, July IS, at 1.5 a.m.) The Premier (Mr Theodore) announced that Mr Gumming, the Government Printer, had written expressing his regret at the circumstances which led to the termination of his appointment, and the Government, after considering his _ explanation, had decided to reinstate Mm.
