Oats.—Tim market la weaker. Wo quote: A Gart-ons, 2s 8d to 2s 9d; B Gortons, 2s 4d to 2s 6di; under grade, Is 9d to 2s 3d per bushel (sacks extra). Potatoes. —There is no change in the market. There are large supplies on hand to satisfy tho demand, which is not very strong. Tho only inquiry is for prime ! lines, any lots showing signs of blight being neglected. We Quote : Prime Up-to-ll ate s, £4 10s to £4 15s; others, £3 10s to £4 5s per ton (sacks in). . Chaff.—There is some little demand for I prime linos, which a-re saleable at late rales. Wheat. —Alfilers are taking only goodconditioned lines. Fowl wheat is in oversupply. Potatoes. —Best tables, £4 5a to £4 15s; others, £3 to £4 (bags in). ('half.--Prime, £4 10s to £4 15s; medium, light and discolored, £3 to £4 (bags extra). trustees, executors, REPORT OF DIRECTORS, The annual report of the Trustees, Executors. nnd Agency Company of New Zealand .states; —The profit and loss account shows a net profit for the yean of £2,321 6s fid,- to which has to be added the bal a nee of £6,933 17s Sd from last year, making a total credit of £9,255 3a lOd. An interim dividend of 10 per cent, per annum for the half-year ended September 30, 1921, was paid, amounting to £SOO, leaving a balance to be dealt with of £8,755 3s lOd. Of this balance f lic directors recommend Urn following appropriation to be made: —Dividend of 5 per cent, (making 10 per coni, for tho year), £SOO ; bonus at 6 per cent, on £IO,OOO, £500; written off freehold property account, £100; balance to bo carried forward, £7,655 5s lOd. In terms of the Act of 1882 the retiring directors arc Sir John Roberts, C..M.G., and Air Alexander Bathgate, who, being eligible, offer thernsekes for re-election.
