VICTORIA (8.C.), May 15, Mr John Milward, of the Pacific Cable Board, arrived by the Niagara from .Suva via Fanning Island, en route to London, to report to the board regarding the route lor a duplicate Pacific cable. It is understood that it will he. different from the present route, hut further information is nut available.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
