ANNUAL MELTING. The twenty-ninth annual general meeting of the Kaikorai Football Ground Company, Ltd., was held in tho Rosiyn institute Hall last night. , . The Chairman (Mr F. Farley), m moving the adoption ol tnc animal report, congratulated the company on its good financial position, and staled that the lease to the combined colleges terminated at the end of the financial year; but it was understood that the school aulhorilie.s were anxious to conuuuc using the giouurl until the end of June if the Rugby Union could arrange mailers between them and the boys of the primary schools, who aro being granted privileges during the football season up till the end 1 of June. On account of this it was impossible to make any alterations or improvements on the ground, but the work would lie put m hand as soon as possible. The company's income last year was £BO, as against. £65 the previous year. Expenses were £3.'; 2s, as compared with £46 7s 8d in 192021. The present cash balance was £123 6s 2d, a sum which, would materially help in paying for the proposed ground improvements. No shares had been placed lately, and the sixty-six unallotted remained as formerly. The allotted shares numbered 954, of which 418 were held by tho Kaikorai. Football Club.
