Alekhin, who recently won tho international chess tournaments at Friedberg, Budapest, and Hague, has sent a challenge to Capablanoa. Alekhin to-day established a record, winning twelve games simultaneously blindfold, eclipsing Pillsbury’s nine games blindfold. Pillabury later lost his reason.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
