VANCOUVER, March 15.
The American and Canadian, immigration officials are detaining General Kcmonoff, who is on route to Paris. If ho is refused admission to the United St.al.es ho will possibly not bo allowed ter enter Canada.
General Remenoff has been permitted to enter Canada, and there awaits the decision of (he United States.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
