OTTAWA, March 15. A delegation of the Canadian Council of Agriculture asked the Government to reinstate the Canadian Wheat Boaid, declaring that the farmer in Western Canada would have to face a continuous financial stringency unless the Government undertakes the rehandling of the crops until the world conditions again become normal.—A. and N.Z.
