BILLIARDS. An interesting game resulted when C. Mason and A. Lindsay met in their heat of tire R.S.A. billiard championship. At one stage Mason had the big lead of 120, being 505 to Lindsay’s 185; but the latter came with 57, 43, and 47, and took the lead with an advantage of about 30. Then Mason bad a tum, and at last the figures read 478 to 422 in bis favor. Lindsay came again with 44 and 30, Mason responding with 14, and the scores wore: Lindsay 496, Mason 492, The former then got in, and reached the necessary 500.
