Briand has recalled the- mission which was appointed to watch the Leipzig trials. M. Briand explains that the presence of the French Mission is not only useless but derisive. —A. and N.Z. Cable. BERLIN, July 9. Tho recall of the French Commission from Leipzig has produced an enormous effect in political circles. It is expected that Francs will again insist upon tho extradition of war criminals.—A, and N.Z. Cable.
