While tho British aro supporting tho French, representations to Berlin in insisting on General Koeffer’s withdrawal, thoro is a disposition in official quarters iu London not to bring pressure on Boeder until Korftinty redeems his promise. Nevertheless, HoelTor's attempt to lay down the law is regarded ns insufferable. Tho German Press gives prominence to a report that HoeiTer has [landed over four villages to the plebiscite police, whom the Poles immediately evicted. The German Government, in a new Note to the Allies, impatiently exclaims that tho Interallied Commission has not found a method of ending the insurrection, and, declares that Upper Silesia is undergoing cruel Bufferings as the result of Korfanty’s six weeks’ autocracy.—Reuter.
